تدين جمعية مناهضة الصهيونية والعنصرية السياسات القمعية الفاشية التي تنتهجها إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترامب في التعامل مع المهاجرين والمرحّلين.
إن التهديدات التي أطلقها وزير الخارجية الأمريكي ماركو روبيو بفرض “عقوبات إضافية” على فنزويلا إذا لم تقبل المرحّلين، وتصريحاته المتغطرسة بأن “هذا ليس موضوعاً للنقاش أو التفاوض”، تعكس نهجاً استعمارياً متعالياً يفتقر إلى أبسط قواعد الدبلوماسية.
كما نستنكر بشدة استخدام الرئيس ترامب لـ “قانون الأعداء الأجانب” الذي يعود تاريخه إلى عام 1798، وهو قانون استثنائي لم يُستخدم إلا ثلاث مرات فقط في تاريخ الولايات المتحدة خلال أوقات الحرب. إن إحياء هذا القانون القديم والمثير للجدل يفتح الباب أمام ممارسات تمييزية يمهد للترحيل الجماعي دون محاكمات عادلة، سيما أن استهداف مجموعات بعينها على أساس الجنسية أو الانتماء السياسي، يتعارض مع المبادئ الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان التي تدعيها الولايات المتحدة، ويعكس نزعة فاشية للإدارة الأمريكية.
إن جمعية مناهضة الصهيونية والعنصرية ستواصل رصد وفضح كافة الممارسات العنصرية والفاشية التي تنتهك كرامة الإنسان وحقوقه الأساسية، وتؤكد تضامنها مع جمهورية فنزويلا البوليفارية في مواجهة الهيمنة الغربية.

Statement of Condemnation Against Fascist Threats and Deportation Policies Practiced by the United States
The Anti-Zionism and Anti-Racism Association strongly condemns the fascist and repressive policies adopted by the administration of President Donald Trump in its treatment of migrants and deportees.
The threats made by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio to impose “additional sanctions” on Venezuela if it does not accept deportees, along with his arrogant declaration that “this is not a subject for debate or negotiation,” reflect a colonial and condescending approach that lacks the most basic principles of diplomacy.
We also strongly denounce President Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act—a law dating back to 1798, which has been invoked only three times in U.S. history, exclusively during wartime. The revival of this outdated and controversial law paves the way for discriminatory practices that facilitate mass deportations without fair trials. Targeting specific groups based on nationality or political affiliation contradicts the fundamental human rights principles that the United States claims to uphold and exposes the fascist tendencies of its administration.
The Anti-Zionism and Anti-Racism Association will continue to monitor and expose all racist and fascist practices that violate human dignity and fundamental rights. We reaffirm our solidarity with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in its resistance against Western hegemony.
